Welcome to AMAVI, where Mediterranean flavours, genuine hospitality and contemporary dining come together in the heart of historic Marlborough. Located at 4 The Parade, Marlborough, SN8 1NE, AMAVI was created with a simple vision: to bring the warmth, generosity and flavours of the Mediterranean to this beautiful market town.

Carefully restored and thoughtfully designed, our restaurant respects the character of the original building while introducing a fresh, contemporary brasserie inspired by Mediterranean living.

The journey of AMAVI began when we discovered this long-closed historic property. We immediately saw not what it was, but what it could become, a welcoming place where people could gather, celebrate and enjoy exceptional Mediterranean food. Breathing new life into this remarkable building became our passion, and after years of dedication, planning and hard work, that vision has become a reality.

With many years of experience working in some of the UK’s finest restaurants, we are proud to bring our knowledge, passion and commitment to Marlborough. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the design of the space to the ingredients on every plate, creating a dining experience that combines quality, authenticity and genuine hospitality.

Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Greece and Italy, two of the Mediterranean’s most celebrated cuisines, our menu showcases the very best seasonal ingredients. From fresh seafood and premium meats to traditional Greek specialities, a carefully selected range of pasta dishes and our signature pinsa, a lighter and more flavourful Roman-style flatbread, every dish is prepared with care and respect for its origins. To complement the food, we offer a thoughtfully curated selection of wines and beverages, chosen to accompany every meal perfectly.
